How to use our site:
The first thing you will need to do is to sign up using our signup form. Please note that before your account can be created, we will verify you in our system. Accurate information must be provided to create and verify your account. Please provide accurate information to activate your account.
Once you have completed the signup process, you will receive an e-mail from the website. In this e-mail, there will be a code and a link. Please click on the link to finish activating your account. Once you click on this link, our call center will call the phone number that you provided when you signed up. Make sure that you have the code that was sent to you handy when you are called.
When the call center calls you, you will be asked to provide the verification code that was e-mailed to you. After you enter the code, your account will be verified and activated. You can now start earning points!
Your Account:
Once you're all setup and ready to go, you can login to you account whenever you want. There are several areas in your account. Each area is described below.
Members area - This is the home page of your account. Click on this link any time you need to go to the homepage of your account.
Profile - This stores all of the information we have about you. Information we collect is used solely for the purposes of accessing the website. We do not give out or sell your information. In this section, you can edit any of the information we have on file for you. Be sure to keep this up to date to ensure payment!
Referrals - Yes, we offer referral credits! This section explains how our referral policy works and lists all of the referrals you have credited to you account.
Coupons - The coupons section is where you can enter a coupon code for our contests! Be sure to check our forum and to come back often to see what the latest contest is.
Available Offers - Here is where you will find all of the offers that are available to you. Offers are assigned to several different categories and you are welcome to participate in as many as you would like. Each offer has a brief explanation of the offer and how many points each offer is worth.
Pending Offers - This is where you can see all of the offers you have completed that are currently pending. Once a pending offer is approved it will move to the Approved Offers section. Some offers can take up to 24 hours to be approved so if you don't see your offer approved right away, please check back. Offers that don't approve right away will be pending for up to 7 days after which they will be moved to the 'Disapproved Offers' section. If you have a problem with an offer, please contact us.
Approved Offers - This is where you can see all of the offers that you have completed and that have been approved by our sponsors.
Disapproved Offers - This is where you can see all of the offers that you have completed that have not been approved. Offers may not be approved for a number of reasons including, wrong information (such as an incorrect phone number, or address) or your information was found in the sponsors database already - remember, you can only sign up for an offer once. If you have signed up with other sites, you may have completed an offer there. Offers that have been disapproved can also be made available again if you feel there was an error while processing, such as a typo.
Not Available Offers - This is where you can see all of the offers that have been marked as not available. If you run into an offer like this, simply click the 'Not Available' button and the offer will be transferred here.
Available Prizes - The available prizes section has a listing of all of the prizes that are available for the site. Keep in mind though, that some of our sites have custom prizes and we can purchase for you any prize that you have credit enough for. Sites that have custom prizes have detailed directions on what information to submit and how to submit it to us to claim your prize.
